Two brands, one township: how the Royal Green and Riverwood partnership works.
Royal Green World City was unveiled as a partnership between Royal Green Realty and Riverwood India. The stated focus of the partnership is township planning, quality and long-term value for buyers in Rohtak.
Riverwood’s own project page markets the township as residential plots in Sector 21E, while the HRERA record identifies Consonance Infra LLP as the registered promoter.
Searches for Riverwood plots in Rohtak often land on this project. Riverwood’s page uses DDJAY-related terms, but public project material does not confirm a DDJAY approval for every plot, so verify the licence conditions. See RERA status.
Book through the authorised channel, pay only to the account named in RERA documents, and get the allotment letter in the promoter’s name. Our safety checklist covers the rest.
Information on this page is indicative and based on publicly available sources and project material at the time of writing. Prices, timelines and specifications are subject to change. Please verify the plot, price and payment terms against the HRERA registration (HRERA-PKL-ROH-982-2026) and the approved layout, and have documents reviewed by an independent lawyer before paying.
Riverwood India is named as development partner; Royal Green Realty presents the project.
This is not confirmed in public project material; verify the licence and policy conditions.
Confirm the authorised payment beneficiary against the RERA documents.
